BOBLab Marine Digital Torquemeter Systems are advanced measuring instruments for monitoring of the ship engine shaft power, torque, rotational speed and torsional vibration.

Designed for reliability, durability, high accuracy and stability, our torquemeters deliver excellent measuring performance due to their innovative electronic measuring chain design, featuring on-shaft digital signal processing and contactless data transmission in a digital form.

We develop and produce two main torquemeter types:

• Torquemeters for permanent installation (for shaft power monitoring)
• Portable torquemeters (for shaft power and torsional vibration measurements).

BOBLab Torquemeters for permanent installation are designed for continous real-time monitoring of ship engine average shaft power, torque and rotational speed. Optionally, they can be configured to measure the fuel consumption (mass flow and specific fuel consumption).
